Kenneth Bombace is a combat veteran and security industry pioneer who founded Global Threat Solutions in 2015 with a mission to disrupt the private security industry. Under his leadership, GTS has grown into an elite global firm recognized for its military-grade training protocols and concierge-level service delivery. He was recently featured in Business Insider for the culture and standards he has built at GTS.
Lieutenant Colonel, United States Air Force (31+ years of service) and a veteran Suffolk County Police Officer with over 25 years in Aviation as a helicopter pilot. Chris serves as an elected Fire Commissioner with the Deer Park Fire Department, previously served as Fire Chief (2000–2008), and is the active President of the Suffolk Police Veterans Association.
Luis brings over two decades of experience across military, law enforcement, and private security. He served in both the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Army, conducting combat operations overseas in support of the Global War on Terrorism. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration and a Master's degree in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership.

Andrew Young leads GTS's intelligence and threat assessment division, directing the firm's analytical capabilities including threat intelligence fusion, protective intelligence operations, and open-source intelligence gathering. His work underpins every GTS engagement, ensuring clients benefit from proactive, intelligence-driven security planning.
A 24-year FBI veteran with extensive experience in intelligence, counterterrorism, cybercrime, and risk management. He has served as a Private Sector Coordinator, Congressional Liaison, and FBI-trained interrogator at Guantanamo Bay. His expertise spans HUMINT, crisis negotiation, evidence collection, and insider threat mitigation.
