This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Global Threat Solutions LLC through our website at globalthreatsolutions.com and through the provision of our security, investigation, and consulting services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Global Threat Solutions LLC ("GTS," "we," "our," or "us") collects information you provide directly when requesting a consultation, engaging our services, or communicating with our team. This may include your name, title, organization, telephone number, email address, physical address, and any details you share regarding your security needs.

We may also collect information automatically when you access our website, including IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited. This data is used solely to improve website performance and does not identify you personally.

For clients who engage our protective, investigative, or consulting services, we may collect additional information necessary to execute the engagement — including travel itineraries, asset details, personnel information, and threat-related intelligence — all of which is handled under strict confidentiality protocols.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, communicate with you regarding active engagements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Operational data collected during service engagements is used exclusively to protect you, your organization, or your designated principals. It is retained only as long as necessary for the engagement or as required by law.

3. Confidentiality & Discretion

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of every GTS engagement. All personnel — employees, contractors, and vetted partners — operate under binding non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements before accessing any client information.

Client identities, engagement details, threat assessments, protective intelligence reports, and all related operational data are classified internally and shared only on a strict need-to-know basis.

GTS will not confirm or deny the identity of any client, the nature of any engagement, or the existence of any service agreement to any third party without explicit written authorization from the client, except as required by lawful legal process.

4. Information Sharing

GTS does not disclose client information to third parties except in the following limited circumstances: (a) to vetted subcontractors or partners engaged to assist in delivering your contracted services, who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations; (b) to comply with a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal obligation; or (c) to protect the safety or physical security of any individual when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary.

Where legally permissible, we will notify the affected client prior to disclosing information in response to legal process.

Any third-party service providers we engage for operational, technological, or administrative support are contractually prohibited from using client data for any purpose other than the specific service they are providing to GTS.

5. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted communications, access-controlled systems, and personnel security vetting.

While we take reasonable steps to safeguard the information in our care, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage clients with heightened security needs to discuss communication protocols directly with their GTS engagement manager.

In the event of a data security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law and promptly take steps to mitigate any harm.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information and engagement records only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, to comply with applicable legal requirements, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Upon request, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required for an active engagement, subject to legal retention obligations. Requests for deletion should be submitted in writing to privacy@gtsintelligence.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing activities.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Individuals in the European Economic Area may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@gtsintelligence.com. We will respond to all verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses essential cookies to ensure proper functionality. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site in aggregate. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

You may configure your browser to decline cookies. Note that doing so may affect certain website features. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals at this time.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
